- Krav Kids, Juniors and Teens Classes
Note: Kids, juniors, and teens classes only run throughout the school term. Intermediate and Combat Tactics have a requirement of an Orange belt minimum to participate. In addition, Combat Tactics class also requires protective gear. - To make the most of your training time, we highly recommend taking classes back to back if your schedule allows.

Striking & Padwork | For ages 16 years old and up wanting to improve their striking, power, and stamina. (30 minutes) | |
Adult Fitness | Fitness drills, workouts, and games that carry over into your Krav Maga training. (45 minutes) | |
Open Krav Maga | Classes for ages 16 years old and up. (beginners to advanced.) (60 minutes) | |
Open+ Krav Maga | Classes for ages 16 years old and up. (Intermediate) (60 minutes) | |
Combat Tactics: Graded Students | For students who have graded to Practitioner 1 rank and above. Sparring gear required. (30 minutes) | |
Women’s Only Class | Krav Maga for Women – focusing on self-defence tactics, techniques and strategies.Ages 13 and up. |
