Can I freeze or pause my membership?

Yes — life happens. Speak to your instructor and we can pause or freeze your direct debit for an agreed period. Just give us a heads up before your next billing date.

Is there a joining fee or contract?

No joining fee, no contract. The 14 Day Starter ($45) is a once-off; ongoing memberships are direct debit only and can be cancelled at any time with 14 days’ notice.

How do I sign up to a Silver / Gold / Platinum plan?

Simple — speak to your instructor at the studio. They’ll walk you through the direct debit form and answer any questions on the spot.
