Krav Maga Global | Adults Grading

The Krav Maga Global Adult Grading is an important milestone in your training journey. It allows students to demonstrate the techniques, mindset, and skills they have developed through consistent training.
During the grading, students will be tested on the techniques and principles required for their next level. This includes striking, self-defence scenarios, drills, and the ability to apply techniques under pressure.
Gradings are designed to challenge students while maintaining a safe and supportive training environment. They allow instructors to assess progress, reinforce standards, and help students continue improving their Krav Maga skills.
